Noel Bell was born and brought up in Dublin and graduated from Middlesex University with a BA (hons) degree in history & political studies and was fortunate enough to go to California State University Sacramento as part of an international exchange programme. He has also completed a master’s degree in modern European studies at London Metropolitan University. Noel is currently completing the requirements of the taught postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy course at CCPE in London.
